Sometimes all it takes to change a life is to decide which beliefs do not serve you and to literally change your mind about those beliefs.

Joy Page

Come and discuss and discover what your beliefs are and how they serve you, help you, hinder you, empower you and limit you.

Starting with the premise that we operate in  the world using our beliefs, they are fundamental and necessary for our safety and survival, our ambitions and aspirations and our fears and anxieties (did you ever believe in the bogeyman when you were young ?)

Why do we develop our beliefs ?  where do they come from ?  what beliefs are your own and which were inherited from others ? and what can you do about them ? What do you believe you can do about them ?

and what can you achieve when you believe that you can ?

As ever, the North West Coaching Circle meetings are for everyone "from the curious to the qualified", it is an informal and friendly environment of like minded, open minded people who are interested in developing their own potential. You don't need to be a coach but you will leave with new thoughts and views.....

"Man's mind, once stretched by a new idea, never regains its original dimensions"
Oliver Wendell Holmes

Everyone is welcome, we look forward to seeing you there
